Description

Athol-Royalston Regional School District (ARRSD) will accept bids for the modification of the HVAC at Athol High School located at 2363 Main St Athol, MA 01331. This request for bids shall be conducted under the requirements of M.G.L. c. 149. Wage rates for this quote are subject to prevailing wage rates as per MGL Chapter 149, Section 26 - 27f inclusive, attached. A 5% bid deposit is required. A 100% payment bond and 100% performance bond are required of the winning bidder at contract signing. ARRSD as the awarding authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part as they may deem to be in the best public interest. Questions deadline: 4/5/23 at 12:00 PM
