Type of Contract & NAICS: This Acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bid Procedures for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310-Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Building Construction, with the small business standard size of $39.5M. Project Scope: Construction includes the Runway Airfield Repairs Project (Pavement Project), consisting of reconstructing and repairing the runway, taxiways, and aprons at Hunter Army Airfield. The pavement repair scope includes reconstruction for full-depth removal/replacement for portions of the airfield, specifically within the east overrun area, and Maintenance and Repair. Construction also Airfield Storm Sewer System Repairs. The project will be phased to prevent delays in airfield usage per the Airfield Phasing Schedule.
