| Description | Kershaw County School District (hereinafter, "the District") invites vendors to submit a bid to provide Asphalt Bus Loop Repairs for Jackson Elementary School. Questions to: ATTN: IFB# 2223-009 QUESTIONS Al Morant, Procurement Manager Kershaw County School District 2029 West DeKalb Street Camden, SC 29020-7008 Fax: (803) 432-8385 E-mail: albert.morant@kcsdschools.net QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 2/2/23 2 pm - EST Tentative Award date February 10, 2023 12:00PM The contractor is asked to bridge the underlying base by utilizing a cement modified subgrade method. They are to remove the existing asphalt pavement, then mix 70lbs of Portland cement per square yard to a depth of 8" in order to bridge the subgrade. They are then asked to place and compact 4" of new hot asphalt pavement over the cement modified subbase. The two areas in the bus loop to be repaired are 160'x24' and 88'x24'. |
