Jonen Park Pavilion

As of September 21 2023 this project has no awarded bidder. The work shall consist of construction of a new pavilion at Jonen Park located at 3149 Fieldcrest Drive in the City of Kaukauna. The building work includes construction of a 1300 s.f. concession and restroom building with storage space and 1,100 s.f. open air pavilion. The building work is to include concrete, masonry, conventional wood trusses, timber beams, columns and trusses, millwork, metal roof, tongue and groove at exposed areas, plumbing, HVAC and electrical as outline in the specifications and bid documents. The site work includes extension of existing utilities, site preparation, site restoration and new sidewalks. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the City of Kaukauna. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. BUILDING AREA: 1,300 S.F. OPEN PAVILION AREA: 1,270 S.F.
