Dunwoody Parking Lot Repairs

The scope of work for this project will include them milling and resurfacing of lots 11,10, & 2 on GSU Dunwoody Campus. In part of resurfacing, the contractor will be required to re-stripe the parking spaces based on the drawings produced by the design professional. There are some ponding issues in parking lot 11 that will need to be addressed. Improvement of the drainage system may require curb and gutter work with installation of inlets with pipe connections to existing stormwater conveyance systems. The scope of work includes milling the existing asphalt down to the specified elevation, repairing necessary foundation issues, re-surfacing with the necessary compaction, and re-striping of the parking spaces. Construction of this phase could overlap with on-going work on other parts of the campus. Coordination with the designer, construction manager and other trades and consultants already on-site will be required.
