The system is served by an aging infrastructure containing 127 buildings, 54 miles of roads, 68 miles of walkways, numerous retaining walls and structures, 52 playgrounds and an extensive system of water, sewer and electric lines, and fountains, irrigation systems, lighting and electrical systems. |
