Lincoln Neighborhood Community Center Restrooms and Gymnasium Lighting Renovation

General contractors to renovate the Lincoln Neighborhood Center at 438 W Brevard St. Tallahassee, FL 32301. The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive vendor. Vendor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment to perform the renovation of the Lincoln Neighborhood Center Restrooms and Gymnasium Lighting. The total bid cost at a minimum should cover mobilization/supervision, demolition, walls, door openings, toilet stalls, ceiling, ceramic tile walls and floors, interior doors, frames and hardware, exterior doors, windows, cabinetry, painting, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and all new HVAC system. Renovations will include both the restrooms and interior lighting of the gymnasium.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting.
