The proposed Hillsborough County scope items for the Project are as follows:Design and Engineering Permitting Environmental Minor Repairs to Building B Partial Site and Infrastructure {addendum forthcoming} Construction of Building A Bond and Construction Management fees Contingency at 10% Dawning Family Services RFP includes a description of the scope items to be provided by respondents. These services include, but are not limited to, the following: demolition, remodeling, wood framing, lead paint & asbestos abatement, and a later addendum to include stormwater management sitework, utilities sitework, paving, striping, sidewalks, fencing, landscaping, and site lighting. All potential bidders and respondents to the RFP must be able to meet the following criteria: Provide Builders Risk Insurance equal to the Hillsborough County, FL. CDBG budget. Provide Bonds as required equal to the Hillsborough County, FL., CDBG total project budget. Meet all Davis Bacon and Related Acts requirements. Compile U.S. Department of Labor documentation for all General Contractor, Subcontractors, Materialmen, Suppliers, etc. employees to meet all Davis Bacon and Related Acts requirements Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by written request to info@coastalcitysolutions.com; only email requests will be responded to. The RFPs will be released beginning 16-March-2020 and all bidders will be allowed 30 days to compile their pricing. All sealed bids must then be delivered in person no later than 2pm on 13-April-2020. Project
