| Description | This project consists of a Base Bid that includes approximately 363,064 square yards of CQS LM 50/50 with two (2) Parking Lots included in the Base Bid and two (2) Alternates. Alternate 1 consists of approximately 25,377 square yards of CQS LM 50/50. Alternate 2 consists of approximately 26,335 square yards of square yards of CQS LM 50/50. This project is expected to begin in the Fall of 2021, weather permitting. It shall be understood that Lake Havasu City is under no obligation to award this project. |
