Osceola County Jail Interior Renovation Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Construction Manager proudly serving Osceola County Corrections in the renovation of four cells in Jail Pod BB. Subcontractor bids are being solicited to complete the work as follows: Remove VCT flooring, cell doors, windows, and CMU walls; grout existing CMU cells; Install steel channels above new openings; install new detention doors/windows; install new epoxy flooring; and paint new/adjacent surfaces. Trades include demo, masonry, structural steel, detention doors/windows, epoxy flooring, and painting A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at the site will be hosted by Wharton-Smith, Inc. at a time & date to be determined.
