•Provide plastic dust barriers. •Provide signs designating Construction Area. •Provide labor and material necessary to drain dual temperature system. •Remove acoustical ceilings as required. Replace all ceiling grid and ceiling acoustical tiles when finished with the piping system repairs. •Replace dual temperature piping, beginning one foot inside the mechanical mezzanine serving ten (10) console units and two (2) hall units. Hangers to be reused. •Replace branch piping from mains serving three (3) VAV boxes. •Replace valves in ten (10) classroom closets and valves on three (3) VAV boxes. Control valves to be replaced and tied into controls system. •Open wall in closet, replace piping, replace drywall finish after pipe testing and paint closet matching original paint (10 locations). Remove casework as needed to replace piping at consoles and reinstall in ten (10) locations. •Furnish and install 1-1/2” fiberglass pipe insulation on approximately 1,570 linear ft. of piping. •Provide labor and material necessary to refill piping system, bleed air, and test water flow and equipment operation. 24- Hour leak check. •Clean working areas daily. •Provide necessary permits. •Fire caulk of HVAC related penetrations as required by code. •Provide Asbestos testing & removal as needed Standard one-year parts, material, and labor warranty with proper treatment of water in system.
