| Description | Automotive and Welding Equipment for the CTE Complex Payment Bond - A Labor and Materials Payment Bond will be required if awarded, in the award amount approved by the Weslaco ISD School Board. The term of contract will be effective November 16, 2022, or after board approval, whichever occurs last; and lasting until all of the listed equipment is received and installed. The awarding of the proposal will take place at a public school board meeting. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to the District. |
