| Description | A. Contractor shall test all dirt crawl spaces using scientifically random sampling procedures (See Attachments A and B for examples). If contractor would like to use a different random sampling procedure, it must be approved by the Contracting Officer (CO) prior to work start. B. Sampling will be conducted by an asbestos competent person and supervised by asbestos competent supervisors. All certifications and licenses will be maintained by the contractor. C. Surface asbestos tests shall be taken in each crawl space. |
