Pinckney Community High School - Roofing - Phase 2

All contracts to be entered into by the Pinckney Community Schools must and will comply with the equal opportunity laws of the State of Michigan. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid package. Proposals must include a Treasury listed bid bond or certified check made payable to Pinckney Community Schools for not less than five percent (5%) of the contract for each proposal over $26,046 and must be submitted on the bid proposal form furnished with the specifications. All proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part; to award contract to other than the low bidder; to waive any irregularities and/or informalities; and in general to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interests of the owner.
