SCADA System Upgrades

A. The City of Spring Hill desires to contract with a single SCADA System Integrator to provide upgrades to the following SCADA Systems: 1. The Water Treatment Plant (WTP) SCADA System, which includes the Water Distribution System (WDS) components. The WTP is currently served by Southern Flow SCADA System. 2. The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) SCADA System, which includes the Sewer Collection System (SCS) components. The WWTP is currently served by MR Systems SCADA System. Currently, the two SCADA systems, have different integrators and it is the desire of the City to have a single integrator for both SCADA Systems. The City will accept proposals to update both systems such that the WTP and WDS components (raw water intake, water storage tanks, and water booster stations) operate as one independent system while the WWTP and SCS components (WWTP main sewer lift station and city-wide sewer lift stations) operate as an independent system. 1. Main Lift Station – monitored and reports to the WWTP 2. Pickett’s Ridge - monitored and reports to the WWTP 3. Golfview – monitored and reports to the WWTP 4. Southern Springs Phase 3 – monitored and reports to the WWTP. 5. Southern Springs Phase 5 – monitored and reports to the WWTP. 6. Cleburne Road – monitored and reports to the WWTP. 7. Newport Crossing – sub-panel required and move from WTP HMI to WWTP HMI. 8. Beechcroft Road at Dr Robertson Road – currently no telemetry or monitoring, will require enclosure, monitoring, and reporting to the WWTP. 9. Royalton Woods – currently no telemetry or monitoring, will require enclosure, monitoring, and reporting to the WWTP.
