Description

Plans call for the construction of a 68-lot, 17-tract single family residential subdivision to be developed over five phases on 158.4 acres. Phase 1 (lots 1-16) and Phase II (lots 17-38) are located to the north and south of 131st Street just to the west of Walmer Street. Twenty-nine lots are proposed as part of Phase III (lots 39-67) and will be located along a street connecting 133rd Street east to Lamar Avenue. The final phase (Phase V) is the Deer Creek Clubhouse, maintenance facility, and associated parking. No new use is proposed for this lot at this time. As of February 2023, the project received preliminary plat approval from the City of Overland Park Planning Commission.
