| Description | Recycled Crushed Concrete/asphalt/stone Purchase Palm Beach County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all Request for Pre-Qualifications. Palm Beach County also reserves the right to (1) waive any nonsubstantive irregularities and technicalities; (2) reject the Request for Pre-Qualification of any Vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of a contract of a similar nature, who has been suspended or debarred by the County or other governmental entity, or who is not in a position to perform properly under this award; and (3) inspect all facilities of vendors in order to make a determination as to its ability to perform. |
