Town of Highgate, Franklin County State Airport (Fso) This Project Will Include Off-airport Tree Obstructions Removals and the Extension of Existing Runway 18-36 With Approximately 75,000 Square Feet of a Full Depth Pavment Section. The Project Will Also Include Construction of Parallel Taxiway a and Stub Taxiway B, Associated Grading and a New Closed Drainage System From Across Airport Road and Outletting to Existing Infiltration Basic 2-m, Installation of New Edge Lighting, Airfield Signage, Pavement Markings, Runway Papi and Reils Relocation and a New Segmented Circle With Windcone Are Also Part of This Project That Has Been Designed in Accordance With the Current Standards Outlined in the Faa Advisory Circular 150/5300-13b, Approved Airport Layout Plan (Alp) and Vermont Environmental Permitting Requirements. Engineers Category: E This Contract shall be completed on or before October 04, 2024. All inquiries must be received by 4:30pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Electronic bid bond to be submitted in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's bid. All bidders on this project must hold both current annual Prequalification with the Vermont Agency of Transportation through the "Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement" and unconditioned project-specific approval through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" CA-82 form. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality, and any and all technicalities in bids, and to accept such bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the awarding agency.
