GPH Audio/Video Upgrade

The objective shall be to upgrade the USAF Expeditionary Centers GPH Audiovisual system, which is located in a control booth, podium and auditorium seating area. The equipment has aged and most of the components have reached or exceeded their life expectancy. The replacement system shall incorporate the ability to operate from the control booth and podium independently as a standalone system and together as one unit. The equipment that shall be upgraded are matrix switcher, touch screens, control panels, transmitters, receivers, confidence monitors, projector, speakers, soundboard, amps, cables, wall plates, mounts and accessories that support the audio visual system. All equipment must integrate flawlessly with one another. Certain equipment shall be specific in order to maintain continuity in all the EC classrooms (45) and conference rooms (6) and because the multimedia staff have been trained on the installation, set-up, and maintenance of this equipment.
