The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Remove and Replace Concrete Curb 3,800 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Walk 38,000 SF Asphaltic Concrete Street Patching 750 Ton Traffic Signal Standards Aluminum 15-FT 1 EA Rewire Traffic Signals 1 LS Remove, Salvage and Reinstall Traffic Signal Equipment 2 EA Remove, Salvage and Reinstall Traffic Signal Control Cabinet 1 EA and other ancillary items necessary to complete the work. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
