| Description | Scope: The Project incudes meter replacements, lid replacements, and installation of MIU radio transmitters for selected Authority accounts. Priorities for the project include integration with Authority systems for installation data exchange, timeliness to minimize disruption to Authority customers, and support for a smooth and manageable transition from the Authority’s manual meter reading processes to Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) business processes. The authority is seeking proposals that include the following components: A. Program Management. Overall project management services. Installation planning and scheduling B. Installation services including: Field supervision. Water meter and AMR (MIU) radio transmitter installations. Customer service. Public outreach implementation. Installation data management. |
