VGLZ162028 - Renovate Bldg. 168; Wellness Center

The contractor shall provide the interior renovation of Building 168 to accommodate the Student Flight, Chaplains, SARC, Director of Physiological Health, and Family Readiness Functions. The interior renovations will include two restrooms, the addition of sound attenuation to the Chaplain/SARC areas; the reconfiguration of an area to create SARC area with office / counseling rooms, a space for a Student Flight classroom; the demolition of an existing stage area to accommodate a more efficient use of space for a computer area; Family Readiness storage, office, kitchen, com closet/room, and a janitor's closet; and the removal of a wall in the former congregational area to re-purpose the entire area as an Airman's lounge. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW), drawings and specification. All work performed under this SOW shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and codes, ANG policies and regulations, Specifications, and the SOW.
