Cliffton Water System Improvements - Elevated Storage Tank

The furnishing of all coordination, scheduling, supervision, labor, tools and equipment, facility investigations, materials and supplies, incidentals and appurtenances, and mobilization/demobilization as required to effectively construct the tower site improvements and to furnish and construct the elevated water storage tower. Work shall also include, but not limited to installation and maintenance of temporary traffic control devices, if required, restoration and stabilization of all disturbed areas by placing top soil, seed, mulch, fertilizer, lime, over-seeding, re-fertilizing, maintenance mowing and incidentals as necessary to perform the work as designed and approved under this contract. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications provided in Appendix 2 of this solicitation, the current Charles County Department of Planning and Growth Management Standards and Specifications for Construction, and all other applicable requirements of the County, the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE), the Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene (DHMH), the Charles Soils Conservation District, and any other regulatory agency having jurisdiction to control, limit or otherwise regulate the work performed under this contract.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
