Description

The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of CPA, requests sealed responses for road and highway equipment: asphalt and concrete handling and processing equipment. A major customer for these items is the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Questions Submission Deadline Date 12/9/2022 Response to Questions through Addendum Date, or as soon thereafter as practical 12/15/2022 The initial term of this Contract commences on the effective date set out in a Notice of Award issued by CPA and automatically expires on August 31st, 2023. Three one-year periods for renewal will be at CPA's sole option. 1st Renewal Option: September 1st, 2023, through August 31st, 2024 2nd Renewal Option: September 1st, 2024, through August 31st, 2025 3rd Renewal Option: September 1st, 2025, through August 31st, 2026
