Description

Quote for curb return installation and traffic signal heads and signage installation at Wadworth and Morrison Road. Respondents shall provide unit pricing for each item for the total Project to include: 1. All labor, materials and traffic control to complete the project. Install curb returns on the east side of Wadsworth Blvd at Morrison Road. 2. A no cost City of Lakewood permit will be required for this work. Contractor shall prepare and submit for approval a construction traffic control plan. Contractor must be registered with Lakewood. 3. Removals and new curb and gutter, ramps and concrete pavement and any other work required to complete installation, measured on a unit price basis.
