New Water and Sewer Main, Street Reconstruction

Work for construction of new water and sewer main and street reconstruction of Pacific Street between Helena Avenue and Thurman Avenue and paving of Manlove Avenue in the City of East Helena, MT. It includes replacing existing water and sewer main between Thurman Avenue and Helena Avenue in the City of East Helena. Utilities will be replaced, consisting of approximately 520 feet of new PVC water main and 500 feet of new PVC Sanitary Sewer main. 14 water services will be connected to the new water main. Two existing manholes will be removed and replaced, and 17 sewer services will be reconnected.
