Description

Repairs and improvements made to the concrete retaining wall, parking lot replacement, and earth excavation. The upper section of the retaining wall shall be removed, a drainage system installed, storm sewer and structures installed, and backfill placed and compacted. In order to makes these modifications trees will need to be cleared to accommodate the construction of an access road.
