| Description | As part of the University of Utah Guest House Room Renovation Project the guest rooms will need new wall coverings. This will include the removal of the existing wall covering and installation of new wall coverings. This project will be done in two phases. Phase one will begin November of 2019 and Phase two will begin in November of 2020. Approximately 10 rooms will be completed each week with start date of phase one to be November 18, 2019. Phase two will begin mid November 2020. Rooms will be clear of furniture, window coverings, etc. by the owner. | ||
