| Description | This project entails clearing and grubbing for a new City right of way for the purpose of constructing two new 24 feet wide concrete roads approximately 2,000 feet long with sidewalk alongside. A linear detention ditch will be expanded to take the new runoff for the roads and the dirt shall be spread on release valve, fire hydrant installation, and turn establishment.
