Andrew Avenue South Utility Improvements Project

The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all of the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required in connection with the construction of the Andrew Avenue South Utility Improvements Project in Sioux City, Iowa, all in strict accordance with the 2022 version of the Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), as further modified by the 2022 version of the Sioux City Supplement to SUDAS, and Special Provisions included in said contract documents and in strict compliance with the Contractors bid and the other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract and the Contractor shall do everything required by this Contract and the other documents constituting a part thereof. The project is located along Andrew Avenue south of 225th Street and includes street grading, installation of water main and sewer main, along with new storm sewer culverts for the ditch crossing directly south of 225th Street.
