| Description | The Acknowledgement of Receipt Form (found in the RFP packet) should be signed and returned to the Procurement Manager no later than close of business Wednesday, July 20th, 2022. Only potential Offerors who elect to return this form indicating intention of submitting a proposal will receive responses to questions, amendments/addendums in the event any are issued, etc. Each proposal shall be scored independently, and the contract will be awarded to the offeror whose propose is most advantageous, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the Request for Proposal.
