| Description | Work include a base bid for the repair of the exterior stair and reconstruction of the existing ramp on the west side of the building. There will be two Add Alternates: Add Alternate #01 will replace the stair, landings and ramp with a new wood structure and Add Alternate #02 will replace the stair and landings with a metal structure and replace the ramp access with an exterior ADA Lift. Alternate #02 will include miscellaneous electrical work associated with the lift, masonry rehabilitation and minor work at exterior openings. |
