A. General: Project name is Renovation B1470 for ROTC Army & Air Force Departments for the University of South Alabama as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Maurin Architecture, P.C. and the University of South Alabama Facilities Department, dated April 14, 2023 B. This Work will be done under a single prime contract, including Bid Packages No.1 - 4. Contract shall be fully completed with in 181 calendar days of the date stated on the Notice to Proceed. C.
