Description

Renovation of a military facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility. Description: This project is for repairs and renovations to B1648 Armament shop for the incoming F-35 flying mission. Critical that the components for the F-16 mission remain intact as the project is scheduled to be completed prior to the new mission. This project will be done in phases. Review all documents and base your bids on doing the project work in phases. Renovations include floor plan changes, additional fixtures, rearrangement of restrooms, separate male/female locker rooms, providing a fire sprinkler system in the original half of building 1648, adding FA/MNS to the original building, modifications to ductwork to support the new floor plan, and refinishing spaces where existing finishes are degraded but not being remodeled. Repairs include refinishing spaces with degraded finishes, refinished exterior doors/windows, refinishing damaged gutters, downspouts, and fascia. Contract Type: Single Award, Firm Fixed Price CLIN 0001 In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
