Solar Photovoltaic Systems to be Constructed at Various Buildings

To enter into a power purchase agreement ("PPA") for the sale of solar photovoltaic electricity to various buildings owned by the Sayreville BOE. The PPA will require the Successful Bidder to construct, own, operate, and maintain multiple solar photovoltaic energy systems (the "Solar PV System") to be installed on the rooftops of buildings and carports for the purposes of generating solar electricity to be sold to the Sayreville BOE at a fixed annual per kilowatt hour (kWh) rate for a term of fifteen (15) years (hereafter referred to as the "Project"). The RFP seeks a responsible bidder to construct and operate the Solar PV Systems on the rooftops of eight (8) buildings and carports at two (2) buildings.
