STC Traffic Control Devices

The State of South Carolina is seeking qualified Vendors to establish a Statewide Term Contract to provide new, unused and in current production commercial and institutional quality for all Types of Traffic Control Devices and Accessories. The intent of this solicitation is to combine several different statewide or agency solicitations into one series of Statewide Term Contracts (STCs). Existing STCs will continue to be used until the end of the current term but will not be renewed. Governmental bodies who have existing contracts that conflict with this STC may continue to use their own contracts, at their sole discretion, until the end of the current term of their contract or at the end of the total contract term, whichever comes first. All Contractors who are currently on contract with the State via a STC or agency contract are strongly encouraged to make an offer for this opportunity. The estimated start date for this contract is 09/17/2023 and the estimated end date is 09/16/2028. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year with the potential for four (4) optional one-year terms. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period".
