Construction Contract for the Customs and Border Protection Seized Cargo Facility

8(a) Set-Aside: Construction Services for a Seized Property Vault at the Fort Street Cargo Inspection Facility. Seized Property Vault will include renovation of existing interior office spaces within the Broker Building, the construction of a new annex adjacent to the renovated space, to be the Seizure Processing Area and the High Security Vault and site improvements. The project scope includes renovations to existing interior office space, construction of a new high-bay warehouse building connected to an existing building, and site improvements associated with the new building. New construction consists of cast in place concrete, precast concrete wall and roof construction. High volume cargo inspection operations at the construction site that cannot be interrupted by construction operations, combined with considerable site constraints, will require multiple adjustments by the contractor during construction.
