Description

Owner’s Project Manager Services shall be associated with the improvements to the Norwood Public Safety Building HVAC. The building was built in 2003. The HVAC system has been problematic since the original installation. A feasibility study has been performed with initial cost estimates. OPM applicants must demonstrate familiarity with HVAC systems, renovation work to existing HVAC systems while the building is occupied, and experience with phased construction.
