Taft 2 Exterior Paint/Stain

Prep / repair, paint / stain all exterior wood, doors, trim. To Stain all exterior wood surfaces at 1019 Taft Rd in Endicott. Successful bidder shall also be responsible for repairing or replacing all wood surfaces that are in too poor of condition to accept stain/paint. 1.Prep all exterior wood surface for stain/paint by removing all lose paint and pressure washing afterwards. 2.Prep all exterior doors for paint as appropriate to the material that the door is. Prep – scrape off all old paint and make all necessary repairs to all wood trim on home also window trim. Replace any rotten trim. 3.Prime all wood, use a primer rated for outdoor use. (see attached painting standards for further directions). 4.Stain/paint all trim as close to existing color as possible. Painting shall be done according to the attached painting standards including the number of coats of paint/stain. Paint/stain color selected, and paint/stain type shall be approved by facility contact prior to start of work. 5.Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and cleaning/repairing any part of the house damaged during this project (including getting paint on surfaces not meant to be painted). 6.Contractor shall warrantee work for one year from date of payment for job.
