PROJECT No.: 4259500-182104.01 Project Title: Construct Pavements and Grounds Building, B3223 Project Number: FTQW04-9093 This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code is 236220. The size standard for Small Business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the three previous years. The project magnitude is betw een $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All documents, including plans and specifications, w ill only be available from Contract Opportunities at sam.gov. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available. Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. The work includes site grading, site improvements, site utilities including utilidor and utiliduct, on-site pavements, foundations, and pre-engineered metal building structure used to store Base Civil Engineering maintenance vehicles and incidental related work. The project documents include two bid options: 1) extension of the utiliduct, and 2) construction of the bulk material storage area. The work is located adjacent to the existing Civil Engineering building (Building 3225), approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer.
