The Maryland Military Department provides support to the Army National Guard for the State of Maryland. The support includes providing maintenance to the Readiness Centers for National Guard units. The fire suppression system needs foam supplied and installed, which also includes the replacement of the bladder, gaskets, and the re-piping of the shell water to ensure the continued safety of the units at Edgewood Army Airfield from fires and other fire related issues.
