Description

Produce a scoping report that assesses existing conditions on the project based on requirements from Chapter 114 of the FDOT Design Manual (FDM), Florida's Design Criteria for Resurfacing, Restoration and Rehabilitation (RRR) of Streets and Highways. Engineering services required for the implementation, including consideration of all social, economic, environmental, and mitigation effects, as required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and/or the Volume 1, Chapter 25 of the Plans Preparation Manual (PPM), along with the required environmental documents, engineering reports, preliminary plans, and right of way maps.
