| Description | The purpose of this invitation to bid is to a term contract for an indefinite amount of Traffic Signal Controllers, Cabinets & Accessory Equipment 2070, NEMA & ATC to be purchased by the Department. Please note that the Department intends on issuing a separate bid for a defined amount of 2070 Controllers which are included as a bid item in this invitation to bid. This will be a one-time bid (purchase) only. All other Departmental purchases for the items included in this invitation will be procured through this 106-24 agreement. The effective duration of this agreement shall be one year from the date of award. All bid pricing submitted shall be valid throughout the entire duration of this agreement. |
