Description | As of August 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work consists of: Relocation of existing parking area to an adjacent meadow including earthwork to expand to (54) car capacity, ADA parking and walkway, lighting, paving, native plantings, and construction of ADA parking at Cozy Cottage with walkways. In addition work also includes reconstruction of Lake dam spillway structure and outlet. The description of the Work in this section does not, and is not, intended to list every element of work but to provide guidance highlighting key elements of work that are included in scope of work. Read all Contract Documents thoroughly. General Construction Contractor is responsible for all items indicated in the Contract Documents, with the exception of items that fall under the responsibility of other Contracts as indicated below or elsewhere in the Contract Documents. The General Construction Work involves multiple areas of construction. The General Construction Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors Estimated Range: $2,031,000.00 to $2,748,000.00 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
