Historic Farm Complex Restoration Parking Relocation and Dam Spillway Rehabilitation

The Work consists of: Relocation of existing parking area to an adjacent meadow including earthwork to expand to (54) car capacity, ADA parking and walkway, lighting, paving, native plantings, and construction of ADA parking at Cozy Cottage with walkways. In addition work also includes reconstruction of Lake dam spillway structure and outlet. The General Construction Contractor will coordinate their work with other Contractors Estimated Range: $2,031,000.00 to $2,748,000.00 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
