Pemberton Township Water Tank Rehabilitation

Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from the Engineer, at the offices of ARH Associates, Inc., 215 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Each Bid must state the name and address of person, firm and corporation interested in the same as a principal. Bids must be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope, addressed to the Township Clerk, Township of Pemberton, 500 Pemberton-Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068 and identified as "Pemberton Township Water Tank Rehabilitation - PT-9-2022 All work shall be performed on the OWNERS property located at 141 Trenton Road, In Pemberton, NJ 08068. No oral interpretation shall be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or be effective to modify any of the provisions of the Contract Documents. All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer via email at rhall@arh-us.com or fax to (609) 567-8909, dated at least ten (10) days before the established date for Bid opening. Only bidders that have provided their contact information will be allowed to submit bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder's and partnership names.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
