| Description | The work shall consist of the contractor providing hot bituminous pavement of various mix designs to the Augusta Public Works (APW) and/or the Greater Augusta Utilities District (GAUD) throughout the 2019 construction season. APW and GAUD vehicles will travel to the contractors’ plant location to obtain the mix. The type and amount of mix requested may vary throughout the day depending upon multiple crews, projects, and requirements. The contractor shall have the ability to produce these multiple products and will safely load the material onto APW and GAUD vehicles in the amount (tons) requested. The amount requested may range from 1 to 15 tons depending upon the need and the capacity of the vehicle. | ||
