Syracuse Technological Garden Expansion

Project consists of Renovation of the existing ground floor functions and construction of two additional floors including vertical circulation elements. The entire complex will receive a new exterior wall system consisting of cold formed metal framing, with sheathing, insulation, and metal panel rain screen components. Glazing will consist of curtain wall and storefront systems. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms, refer to Section 004313 for additional information. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof. A Performance Bond and a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond in a form acceptable to Owner (CenterState CEO) and the City of Syracuse will be required of the successful Bidder. Name both entities within both bond documents. A General Liability Insurance Policy in a form acceptable to Owner (CenterState CEO) and the City of Syracuse will be required of the successful Bidder. List both entities as insured within the document.
