Rehabilitation/Emergency Repair of Storm, Sanitary and Combined Sewers using the Cured-in Place Method

A. These Technical Specifications cover the requirements for all design, plant, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and services necessary for and incidental to, the rehabilitation of sewer lines via the relining of the original pipeline by the insertion of the liner pipe from manhole to manhole. B. The method of sewer line rehabilitation shall be by the Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) System (Inversion Lining Method). Folded/Formed/Rigid Poly Methods shall not be considered. C. The liner pipe is then cured to fit tightly against the deteriorated existing pipeline creating a hard structurally self-supporting impermeable pipe-within-a-pipe.
