Catch Basin and Valve Vault Repair & Replacement

These repairs will be classified in two categories: 1. Ring Replacement a. Ring replacement will consist of removal of asphalt and/or curb, replacement of damaged rings, and restoration of site. b. Ring replacement will be in two separate categories i. Replacement of rings up to 3” - Most common ii. Ring replacement of 4” and greater 2. Complete Replacement a. Complete replacement will consist of removal of asphalt and/or curb, removal and replacement of basin and restoration of site. All repairs will be made comparable in size, shape, and style of existing structures and will meet all applicable specifications unless otherwise noted. LOCATIONS The Village has identified three specific locations for repairs to be made as part of the base bid. 1) One (1) structure is located at the intersection of Aberdeen Road and High Road (attachment A). 2) Two (2) structures are located at the intersection of Silver Lake and Three Oaks Road (attachment B). 3) Additional repairs will be identified as needed and based upon the available budget remaining for this project.
