| Description | The work consists of: 1. The installation of a Photovoltaic (Solar) System on the low slope roofs of three of the buildings at the Hightstown Housing Authority Complex, Buildings #1, #4 & #7. Initial analysis indicates that the project can support approximately 80 kW-DC of rooftop solar PV capacity (see aerial map attached). 2. The roof surfaces will be cleared of all appurtenances except for the dormers on Building #1 & #7 that provide access to the attic (see aerial plan) areas. 3. The Hightstown Housing Authority will be looking to purchase the solar system outright so no financing options are required. 4. Installation shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. PV Panels with mounting equipment b. Inverters c. Junction boxes and interconnect cables d. New PSE&G Meters e. Interconnection between new solar system and existing electric services f. Monitoring software and training. 5. All other work required to complete the solar system install on the roofs as indicated. |
